Kari MacDowell is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Allego, with a career in customer success that began in April 2022. Previously, Kari held various roles at Prudential Financial from February 2006 to April 2022, including Manager of Sales Training & Development and Senior Graphic Designer. Before that, Kari was the Owner of KM Design from November 2005 to December 2016. Kari earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications Design from the University of Hartford between 2001 and 2005 and also attended Pratt Institute in 2011.
