Alexander Chickosky has extensive experience in customer success management. Alexander started their career in 2008 with Taskstream, where they held various roles, including Client Relationship Manager, Support Coordinator, Implementation Specialist, and Client Services Associate. In 2015, they joined Huddle as a Customer Success Manager, handling premier accounts. Alexander later became a Customer Success Manager at Penn Foster in 2018. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Captricity. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Allego, a role they have held since July 2022.
Alexander Chickosky obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English from Drew University in 2005. Alexander later pursued a Master's Degree in English Education from Boston University, which they completed in 2008. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Change Management from the American Management Association.
