Brian Eickhoff is a seasoned engineering professional with over two decades of experience in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently serving as Director of Global Engineering Methods & Data Management at Allegion since March 2012, Brian leads digital transformation initiatives within the engineering organization and oversees standard process development and tool optimization. Prior roles at Allegion include Senior Manager of Engineering Transformation and Manager of Innovation & Advanced Development, where responsibilities included managing advanced development teams and driving innovation processes. Before Allegion, Brian held various engineering positions at Ingersoll Rand, contributing to product lifecycle support and mechanical design for security locks. Brian began their career at Lear Corporation in manufacturing engineering. Brian holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and Indiana University Indianapolis respectively, along with an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University.
