John Pepper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development, strategic analysis, and government affairs. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development & Government Affairs at Allegiant since 2015, John leads teams in various domains including Ops Automation and Data Engineering. John also co-founded SpectraPass in 2020, focusing on innovative technological solutions for COVID-19 testing. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Analysis at Southwest Airlines Pilots' Association, where John contributed significantly to strategic planning and government relations. John's background also encompasses positions in consulting, political strategy, and aviation data analysis, coupled with a strong educational foundation in aeronautics and a Master’s degree in Astronomy from Swinburne University.
