Michael Evans is an experienced operations and process improvement manager with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Allegiant Manufacturing since November 2021, Michael previously worked at A&E Custom Manufacturing/Bennett Tool and Die, where roles included Process Improvement and Estimating Manager, with expertise in customer relationship management and Lean-Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to that, Michael held significant positions at Deluxe Corporation, including Machine Maintenance Manager and Production Manager, focusing on employee development, workflow efficiency, and the implementation of lean tools. Michael began a career in production as a Production Associate at Deluxe Corporation and also served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, specializing in ground communication. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City.
