Rustam Kakharov is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales management and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of the Sales Division at Allegiance Real Estate since January 2022, Rustam has a proven track record of leading sales teams and creating new business opportunities. Prior to this role, Rustam held the position of Associate Director at Drehomes Real Estate from January 2019 to December 2021, and worked as a Relationship Manager at DAMAC Properties from April 2016 to November 2018. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Store Manager at HUGO BOSS from January 2014 to February 2016. Rustam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the Management Development Institute of Singapore, completed in 2013.
