Monty Cartwright has extensive experience in emergency medical services and operations management, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations - East at Allegiance Mobile Health since June 2012, Monty has held various leadership roles, including District Manager (Paramedic) at the same organization. Prior to Allegiance, Monty was the Executive Vice President (Paramedic) and Operations Manager (Paramedic) at Legacy EMS from January 2008 to June 2012. Monty's career also includes significant positions at Ellington Field Fire Department as an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter/Paramedic, alongside various paramedic roles at organizations such as Guardian EMS, GOLDSTAR EMS Polk County LTD, and City of Cleveland EMS. Monty's foundational experience began in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter from January 1982 to November 1987.
