James Perfett is currently employed as a caddie at Pikewood National Golf Club since August 2022 and at Allegheny Country Club since May 2017. In addition to caddying, James gained experience as a Land Acquisition Agent intern at Potomac Mineral Group LLC from May 2023 to August 2023, where valuable skills were developed in landowner interaction, customer relations, deal evaluation, and closure. James is pursuing a degree in Energy Land Management and Business Administration at West Virginia University, expected to graduate in 2024.
