Alejandro Pichardo is a CSM, ITIL, SAFe SPC, and RTE with extensive experience in the IT field. Alejandro began their career in 2008 as a Business Analyst at American Bids. Alejandro then moved to Alorica where they worked as a Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst. In 2011, they joined Wareitis Technologies, LLC as a Technical Project Manager and Everise as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Alejandro then went on to TenX Healthcare, Inc. as a Director of Project Management in 2016. In the same year, they moved to Televisa as a Senior Technical Product Manager and Agile Leader. In 2017, they joined Carnival Cruise Line as a Senior Technical Product Manager and Scrum Master. In 2018, they began working at NextEra Energy, Inc. as a Technology Program Project Manager and Agile Leader, as well as a Senior Scrum Master and Senior Technical Project Manager. In 2022, they joined UKG as a Lead Technical Project Manager and Alleaves as a Director of Program Project Management.

Alejandro Pichardo holds a degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from Florida International University, obtained between 2005 and 2007. Alejandro has obtained several certifications, including an Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, an IT Prosci Change Management from NextEra Energy, Inc. in 2019, a SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, a SAFe 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, an Agile Team Facilitator - ICP-ATF from ICAgile in 2019, a Scaled Scrum Product Owner Certified (SSPOC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from NextEra Energy, Inc. in 2019, a Team Kanban Practitioner Certification from Lean Kanban Inc. in 2018, a SAFe Scrum Master - SSM from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, a Safe 4 Certified Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, a CSM from Scrum Alliance in 2017, an ITIL v3 Foundation from ITIL Certified in 2015, and a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
