Kiara Farias is a Product Designer and UX Designer at Stride, Inc. since May 2022, actively contributing to a Scrum team by collaborating with senior designers and product owners to shape product visions. Prior to this role, Kiara served as a UX Design Intern, creating design system libraries, flow diagrams, and prototypes aligned with accessibility standards. Currently, as a UI/UX Designer at AllCode since October 2021, Kiara focuses on developing user interfaces for startup mobile applications, working closely with developers and project managers. Kiara's earlier experience includes a Programming Intern position at The Neural Dynamics of Control Laboratory, where assistance was provided in research projects, and a Neuroscience Research Intern role at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, focusing on biomedical research. Kiara holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University, with prior studies at Florida State University.
