Paul Huang is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in foreign-related investment and trade, as well as the disposal of non-performing assets. Currently practicing at AllBright Law Offices since October 2015, Paul Huang provides legal services related to cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Paul Huang spent a decade at Cenlaw&Partners, where responsibilities included leading the International Investment and Trade Department. Additionally, Paul Huang was a member of Eurojuris International, contributing to a global network of law firms, and has previous experience as a lawyer at CCHL and as a judge in China. Academic qualifications include an LL.M from AnHui University and an LL.B from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
