Boitshoko Baloyi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group since July 2022, Boitshoko previously held the position of Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from April 2021 to June 2022. In addition, Boitshoko has been associated with the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation since January 2013, progressing from Candidate Fellow to Fellow. Earlier experience includes a role as a Masters Student at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research from January 2017 to March 2021, focusing on supersonic jet engine design and analysis within a master’s program. Boitshoko holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (2019-2021), a BEngHons with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria (2017-2018), and a BSc with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (2013-2016).
