Linda Petersen currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies since October 2023. Previously, Linda held various positions at TFG (The Foschini Group) from October 2019 to October 2023, including HR Business Partner: Retail Product, HR Services Team Lead, and Human Resources Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Officer at CapeNature from July 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included providing administrative support for recruitment and HR functions. Linda also worked as an HR Administrator at Pick 'n Pay from September 2008 to June 2016, managing recruitment-related administrative tasks and liaising with stores and management. Linda's educational background includes multiple degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Western Cape, along with a Teacher's Licentiate Diploma in Music from the University of Cape Town.
