Amandine Kayizari is an experienced recruitment and selection manager currently employed at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies since November 2021, where Amandine also serves as the regional recruitment lead. Previously, Amandine worked as an employer partnerships and placement associate at The African Leadership University from May 2020 to October 2021. Amandine's career in recruitment began at One Acre Fund, where Amandine held the position of recruitment support coordinator from April 2017 to March 2020.
