Inci A. has extensive experience in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as People Operations Manager for both All Turtles and mmhmm since October 2020. Inci has held multiple roles in the field, including People Operations Specialist at both companies. Prior experience includes HR Generalist at Bitly from July 2018 to June 2020, Head of Talent Acquisition for the USA at K2 Partnering Solutions from January 2018 to July 2018, and various positions at Phaidon International, where Inci progressed from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Talent Acquisition Manager between March 2015 and December 2017. Inci A. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Penn State University and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Sydney in 2013.
