Pamela H. currently serves as the Director of Operations, Analytics, and Research at All-Star Talent Consulting, focusing on developing recruitment and retention products for public safety and conducting comprehensive market research. As a doctoral student and research assistant at Indiana University Bloomington, Pamela H. has contributed to various faculty projects and worked with OCR software. Previous experience includes serving as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow, where support was provided for research-based graduate studies, and as a research analyst at Receivables Management Association International, where data analysis and reporting were conducted. Pamela H. holds a PhD in Sociology (expected 2024) and a Master's degree from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Mathematics minor from the University of Nevada, Reno.
