Colin Campbell has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Colin began as an Assistant Director of Campus Ministry at Providence Cristo Rey High School, where they served until June 2015. Following that, they joined St. Anthony Catholic Church as an Assistant Director of Youth Ministry from August 2013 to June 2015. In 2015, they started working at Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, first as the Director of Campus Life and Campus Ministry from June 2015 to February 2016, and then as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2016 to July 2021. Currently, they are working as the President of All Saints Catholic School in Dallas, a position they have held since July 2021.

Colin Campbell earned a Master's Degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and Philosophy at the same institution from 2009 to 2015.
