Samuel Murray has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Specialist III at All Points Logistics since October 2015. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and problem-solving for end users, managing Microsoft Office Suite, hardware, software, and VPN issues, and supporting Dell laptops and mobile work phones. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as an IT Desktop Support Specialist at Metters Incorporated, where responsibilities involved Active Directory administration and deployment for NASA Blockpoints, and earlier held positions in customer service and sales management at Dollar Tree Stores, Hibbett Sports, and Best Buy. Samuel holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Pearl River Community College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
