Dileep Goyal

Dileep Goyal has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dileep started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they focused on developing biosensor silicon surfaces and utilizing ellipsometry for protein detection. Dileep then joined LNK Chemsolutions, LLC as an Assistant Technology Specialist, where they developed innovative formulations and techniques for the production of nanoparticles, capsules, and fibers in various applications.

In 2008, Goyal joined Xperi Corporation as an R&D Engineer, leading the development of optical materials for wafer-level cameras and establishing supply chain relations. Dileep also worked as a Senior Process Engineer, managing silicon delayer processes and achieving high-performance interconnects.

In 2012, Goyal joined Jawbone as a Sr. Manager of Materials, driving materials selection and supply chain establishment for mechanical parts. Dileep later became the Director of Materials and Systems, responsible for managing engineering programs and serving as the point of contact with multiple contract manufacturers.

Most recently, Goyal worked at all.health as the Sr. Director of HW Engineering, leading new sensor development and managing manufacturing operations. Dileep was then promoted to VP of Product Development and Operations and later to Senior Vice President of Product Development and Operations.

Overall, Goyal has demonstrated expertise in engineering program management, materials selection, supply chain establishment, and sensor development throughout their career.

Dileep Goyal's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Dileep also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Materials Science and Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Project Management Planning from IPS learning.
