David Endicott is an experienced emergency management and public safety professional with a comprehensive background in planning and assessment. Currently serving as Senior Planner and Task Lead at SPIN Global since September 2019, Endicott leads a team in developing the Regional All-Hazards Plan for FEMA Region VII.
