Isabelle Smith has a diverse range of work experience. Isabelle started their career at Bolivian Express as an intern, where they gained experience in communication, writing, photography, and marketing. Isabelle then worked as a tutor at Clyston Tutoring, helping students with various subjects. At All Hands Volunteers, Isabelle worked as a project coordinator and site supervisor, managing logistics and ensuring the quality of construction projects. Isabelle also served as a data analyst, leading the development of processes to collect and analyze data for better decision making. In their role as Chief Information Officer at All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response, Isabelle led a team to manage and optimize technology, fostering informed decision making and process improvement. Throughout their roles, Isabelle demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to serving communities in need.
Isabelle Smith obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, which was completed from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in "Building a Better Response" from the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, which was obtained in November 2016, and in Level 1 Hockey Coach from England and Great Britain Hockey, which was obtained in September 2009.
