Kathy Goertzen, CPA, CA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at All-Fab Group since December 2021, Kathy previously held the position of Director of Finance at Armtec from August 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, Kathy was Executive Vice President and CFO at ARxIUM, where responsibilities also included roles as Director of Finance and Finance Manager from August 2010 to August 2019. Kathy began their career at Deloitte, progressing through roles from Senior to Senior Manager between 1994 and 2006. Kathy holds a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba, earned between 1990 and 1995.
