Kirnon Joaquim began their work experience in 2000 as a SR BUSINESS ANALYST at Verizon, where they worked until 2011. Kirnon then moved on to Misys Banking Systems, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Kirnon joined All-City Metal, Inc. as the Chief Estimator and later became the Director of Operations. Kirnon continues to hold these positions.

Kirnon Joaquim has a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from St. John's University, which was obtained in 2003. Later, Joaquim pursued a Master's degree in Technology Management from New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering, which was completed in 2005. Additionally, Joaquim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University, which was attained in 2009.
