They also serve as a school crossing guard in Olathe and operate their freelance business, RadDad Design, as the owner and art director. With a background in graphic design, they have experience in software user interface design for Garmin International and as a creative director at The frank Agency, Inc. Randy has a BFA in Graphic Design from Kansas State University.
