Rose Hughes, MBA, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Senior HR & Operations Manager at All Chicago Making Homelessness History since April 2017. With a strong background in human resources and operations management, Rose previously served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Women Liberating Women and held the position of Director of Operations at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago. Rose has extensive experience in real estate, having worked as a Broker at Midwest Heritage Real Estate, where contract negotiations and property management led to a significant 20% improvement in sales closing. Rose holds an MBA and MHRM from Keller Graduate School of Management, a grant writing certification from the Illinois Department of Human Services, and a BA in Community Studies from Mundelein College Chicago.
