Regina Geertsma has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Regina first worked at All Care Consultants, Inc. as the COO and Chief of Staff, overseeing daily operations in finance, human resources, marketing, and project management. Regina then moved on to All Care Consultants, where they held the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to their roles at All Care Consultants, Regina worked at Nova Southeastern University for several years. Regina started as the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and later took on additional responsibilities as the Director of Communications and Events. In their role as Director of Undergraduate Admissions, they led a team of assistant directors and successfully recruited and retained students for multiple undergraduate programs. As the Director of Communications and Events, they managed communications and event planning for various departments within the university. Regina also served as the Associate Director of Admissions, where they supervised the admissions counseling staff and provided training for counselor duties.

Throughout their career, Regina has demonstrated strong leadership skills, consistently meeting targets and exceeding deadlines. Regina has also established policies, developed procedures, provided training, and implemented new systems to improve efficiency and productivity in their roles.

Regina Geertsma holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
