Anthony Gayle has a diverse work experience. Anthony started as an Each One Reach One Mentor at the Center for Black Culture in 2017, where they guided incoming black freshmen and provided academic advice. Anthony also worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Delaware during the same period, responsible for the growth and achievements of student residents. In 2021, Anthony became an Office Manager at Applied Contracting LLC., where they held the role until April 2022. Anthony then joined All American Healthcare as a Contract Specialist from April to June 2022, and is currently working as an Assistant Account Manager.

Anthony Gayle attended the University of Delaware from 2016 to 2020. Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and also pursued a second Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology during the same time period.
