Fadhel Almusalam is a Field Maintenance Engineer at Alkhorayef Petroleum Company since November 2022, specializing in Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems in both onshore and offshore Saudi fields. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Variable Speed Drives (VSD) and Fixed Speed Drives (FSD), monitoring ESP wells, and preparing daily reports. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer focused on Surface Electrical Equipment for ESP systems, an Electrical Field Engineer at Al-Rushaid Construction Co. Ltd, and an Electrical Engineering Intern at Alkhorayef Petroleum Company where inspections and testing of VSDs were conducted. Fadhel also has experience as a Library Assistant and Mathematics Education Assistant at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, contributing to student learning and academic support. Fadhel holds a Bachelor of Education in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, completed in May 2022.
