Abhi Arun began their career in 2005 as a Systems Engineer at Synopsys R&D. In 2006, they moved to Qualcomm (R&D, Innovation & Venture) as a Senior Strategic Lead. In 2013, they joined Intel Capital as an Investment Director/Partner, where they invested in the Software & Services investment sector and saw two successful exits. In 2015, they moved to Battery Ventures as an Investor. Since 2018, they have been the Managing Partner at Alkeon Capital Management, heading the VC practice focused on high growth Software companies.

Abhi Arun has an impressive educational background, beginning with a high school diploma from the International School in Tanzania. Abhi then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology. Following that, they achieved a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo. Abhi also holds a CFA Level III certification from the CFA Institute, and an MBA with a focus in Finance & Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
