Jessica Sousa has a diverse work experience. Jessica started their career as an intern at Insight Empresa Júnior in April 2021, where they served as a Human Resources Secretary until October 2021. In June 2021, they joined SESI - Serviço Social da Indústria as an intern at the Engineering Coordination Department, where they worked until September 2021. During their time there, they assisted in the development of Electrical and SPDA Projects and conducted site visits. In 2021, they also interned at Dínamo Engenharia in the Quality Department, where they monitored operational teams and implemented action plans for continuous improvement. Their latest work experience is as a BI Analyst - Power BI at Alkemy enabling evolution, starting in June 2023.

Jessica Sousa completed their education in a chronological manner. Jessica obtained a Master's degree in Data Science for Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bacharelado in Engenharia Elétrica from UFMA - Universidade Federal do Maranhão from 2017 to 2022. In 2013 to 2016, they completed a Curso Técnico Integrado in Técnico em Eletrotécnica from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Maranhão - IFMA.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica Sousa also acquired several certifications. In November 2021, they obtained the Curso Básico de Segurança em Instalação com Eletricidade - NR10 from CETEC - Centro Técnico de Capacitações. Jessica also earned the Curso de Certificação Lean Seis Sigma White Belt and Curso de Certificação Lean Seis Sigma Yellow Belt from FM2S Educação e Consultoria in the same month and year.

Furthermore, they completed the Introdução ao POWER BI Aplicado a Engenharia from SENGE - SEMANA DE ENGENHARIA DO MARANHÃO in November 2021, and the Curso de Power BI, Dax E Projetos from Udemy in September 2021.
