Francesca Rollo

Digital Customer Care at Alkemy

Francesca Rollo started their work experience in 2018 as a student intern at Brand039. During their time there, they managed a Customer Satisfaction project by creating and administering a survey. Francesca also participated in a communication project in the tourism sector, where they developed content for a portal. In 2019, Francesca joined Alkemy digital_enabler as a Digital Customer Care role, with no specified end date.

Francesca Rollo obtained their Master di specializzazione degree in Marketing e comunicazione digitale from 24ORE Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Laurea in scienze della comunicazione, specializing in Scienze della comunicazione, from Università degli Studi di Bergamo between 2014 and 2018.
