Caroline Maugenest has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 1998. Caroline began their career as a Member of the Sales Force at Distriplus in 1998, where they were also the Chief of Sector for multiple clients. In 2000, they moved to the same company and became the Responsible for the Supplementary Sales Force by Telephone. In 2002, they joined Mood Media France, where they held five different roles, including Head of Customer Success Management, Directrice de clientèle, Manager Service d'emploiement des solutions et interventions techniques, Créatrice & Manager Service clients/customer success management, and Directrice de clientèle Grands Comptes. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Alkemics, now part of Salsify, as the Customer Success Senior Manager.

Caroline Maugenest completed a DESS in Qualité from AgroSup Dijon in 1997, a Maitrise in biologie cellulaire et physiologie from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 1996, a Formation manager de proximité from institut François Bocquet in 2005, and a TOEIC in Anglais from Langage Forum Formation in 2019.
