Rodica Pop is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and consumer insights. Currently serving as a Senior Category Brand Manager at Alka Group RO since May 2020, Rodica oversees international brands such as Mentos and Chupa Chups, successfully implementing marketing campaigns that resulted in significant sales growth. Prior to this role, Rodica was a Group Account Manager at GfK, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of top FMCG clients and providing tailored consumer insights. Rodica's career began as a School Psychologist, followed by extensive experience in qualitative research at GfK Romania. Rodica holds a degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
