Mihai Grigore possesses extensive experience in sustainability, occupational safety, health, and environmental management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sustainability & EHS Manager at Alka Group RO since March 2023, Mihai leads work safety initiatives, monitors safety objectives, and conducts internal audits. Prior to this role, Mihai held significant positions at Expleo Group, Inside Logistic, Assystem Romania, Arabesque SRL, ArcelorMittal, and Pirelli, focusing on health and safety, emergency situations, and human resources management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Security Engineering from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
