Karl C. has extensive experience in technical services management and engineering, currently serving as Technical Services Manager/Engineer at Alivia Care, Inc. since October 2020, where responsibilities include deploying and managing Workday HCM and Payroll, as well as ensuring security and business process configuration. Additionally, Karl has been a Technical Services Manager/Engineer at Community Hospice & Palliative Care since March 2013, overseeing systems, network, and clinical informatics teams, and contributing to significant projects such as data center migration and technical infrastructure implementation. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Systems Engineer at Jones College, focusing on campus system support and network integration.
