Lisa Bartikofsky is an experienced sales professional with over three decades in the food industry, specializing in pizza and cheese products. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at AK Pizza Crust since March 2011, Lisa's responsibilities encompass new business development, sales team training and coaching, product development, pricing and margin management, forecasting, and providing customer guidance in the pizza sector. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of National Account Sales Manager at TNT Crust Division of Tyson from 1999 to 2011, where duties included managing sales of parbaked and rising pizza crusts to retail manufacturers and foodservice accounts. Lisa also served as National Account Sales Manager at Schreiber Foods from 1982 to 1999, overseeing unit sales and profit margins for processed and natural cheeses sold to national foodservice chain restaurants.
