Marisa Paulsen currently serves as an Implementation Analyst at ConStrata since October 2021 while also functioning as the Systems Manager for Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort since February 2020. With a background in systems management, implementation consulting, and training, Marisa has collaborated with various teams to enhance operational efficiencies within the hospitality industry. Previous roles include Implementation Consultant at TravelNet Solutions, Senior Analyst in Professional Services at Springer-Miller Systems, and various positions at Travaasa Experiential Resorts, Lakeway Resort and Spa, and Air Methods, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in project management, customer service, and systems training. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services, as well as a Master of Science in Leadership and Executive Coaching.
