Rafiu Jaman Mollah is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) at Aline since November 2024, Rafiu is involved in building next-generation Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. Prior to this, Rafiu led projects at Traact as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead from April 2022 to October 2024, where significant backend services, including a license service and a permits service, were developed from scratch. Work experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer at Ninja Van and prior positions at Red Hat and GeeksforGeeks, where Rafiu contributed as an Associate Software Engineer and Technical Engineer Intern, respectively. Additionally, Rafiu demonstrated skills in problem-setting and testing during a short stint with CodeChef. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Techno India College Of Technology, completed in 2020.
