Jerry Lynch serves as the Chair of the Strategic Advisory Board at Aliment Capital and as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors at Kilimo Minnesota, both roles started in June 2019 and February 2023, respectively. Lynch is also a Principal at Worthwhile Ventures LLC since June 2019. Previously, Lynch held various positions at General Mills from January 1995 to July 2019, including Chief Sustainability Officer, Vice President of Applied Sustainability, and roles in General and Brand Management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (1989-1994) and a BME in Music Education from Wheaton College (1979-1983). Additionally, Lynch is a Certified Advisory Board Chair from the Advisory Board Centre.
