Naomi Rhodes serves as Board Treasurer for Alike since September 2024 and has held multiple roles at Tesco since September 2016, including Head of Commercial Finance for Strategic Projects and Finance Manager in various capacities. In these roles, Naomi has been instrumental in managing financial performance reporting, enhancing stakeholder engagement, negotiating supplier contracts, and leading significant projects such as the Bakery Transformation initiative. Naomi possesses a comprehensive background in finance, having started as a Graduate Trainee and advancing through various analytical positions, demonstrating expertise in budget planning, reporting, and financial governance. Naomi is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) graduate and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from Loughborough University.
