Josh Sober is currently the AVP, Pharmacy Analytics at Alignment Health since July 2023. Prior to this, Josh worked at Clover Health as a Director, leading the actuarial reserving and valuation function. Before their time at Clover Health, Josh was a Principal and Consulting Actuary at Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting for 16 years, and also held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. With experience in managing teams, client relationships, and supporting various projects, Josh has a strong background in actuarial work. Starting their career at Assurant Health as an entry-level actuary, Josh has continued to develop innovative applications in the field.
