Ross Drever has over 25 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry. Ross began their career in 1993 as a Store Manager and District Manager for Gloria Jean's Coffee USA, where they handled all aspects of business, recruited and managed a team of 35 to 75 employees, and grew the location to the highest volume store in the country at the time. In 2017, they became a Retail Consultant, Business Coach, Area Manager, District Manager, and Multi-Unit Operations Manager for The Gourmet Coffee Company, a Chicago area specialty coffee retailer. In 2018, they became an Area Manager and Area Director for Aligned Modern Health, overseeing day to day clinic operations and implementing strategic initiatives to support growth across multiple clinics. Ross also became a District Manager for Lolli and Pops, Inc., responsible for overseeing the people, processes, and operations of the stores throughout the Great Lakes Region.

Ross Drever attended College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University from 1989 to 1993, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory.
