Andrew Achenbaugh has held a variety of roles in the past decade, beginning with a K-5 Camp Counselor at Butterfield Park District in 2012. In 2014, they became a Coach for All Iowa Attack, and in 2015, they took on three roles: Intern at The Academy of Athletic Advancement, Trainer and Coach at AnytimeFitness, and Coach at Glenbard East High School Summer Volleyball Camp. Since 2016, they have been employed at Aligned Modern Health as a Technology Product Manager and Senior Operations Specialist, Senior Virtual Office Manager, Information Technology Technical Support, and Office Manager. Additionally, they have held a role as Rehabilitation Specialist.

Andrew Achenbaugh attended Glenbard East High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their High School Diploma. Andrew then attended Carthage College from 2010 to 2012, studying Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Finally, they attended Iowa State University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Major with Exercise Science option.
