Amy Davala has a diverse work experience spanning many industries. Amy has been working since 2005, when they started their career at Family Medicine of Stark County as an Administration/Front Office employee. In 2007, they moved to Abercrombie & Fitch, where they served as a Store Manager. In 2011, they joined McMaster-Carr as a Contact Center, Operations, and Training Manager, and was promoted seven times in five years. In 2017, they took a role as a Customer Service Training Manager at Red Cafe Restaurant Group. In 2019, they joined U.S. Business Holdings, Inc. as a Learning & Development employee and Training and Events Specialist at PostNet International Franchise Corporation and Alphagraphics.
