Elaine Siu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical and educational training sectors. Currently serving as the APAC Orthodontics Training Project Lead at Align Technology since November 2019, Elaine oversees both internal and external educational training projects, supports a team of over 20 trainers across the APAC regions, and implemented new monitoring dashboards using SFDC and PowerBI. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Specialist at Align Technology, Lead Medical Software Device Specialist at Anatomage Inc., and various positions during academic pursuits at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where Elaine earned both a Master of Philosophy and a Doctor of Philosophy in the Department of Surgery. Elaine's background also features a solid foundation in biomedical engineering, with a bachelor's degree obtained from the University of California, Berkeley.
