Carol Hostler, JD, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Indirect Sourcing and Sr. Manager of the Shared Services Team at Align Technology, overseeing various operational functions since August 2019. Previously, Carol held the position of Manager of Sourcing and Contracts at UNC Healthcare, managing sourcing and contract negotiations with a focus on risk mitigation. With experience at RTI International as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Officer, Carol successfully managed IT procurement and led a significant outsourcing project. Earlier roles include positions at IBM as a Sourcing Analyst and multiple internships with the NC Department of Justice, where legal research and advocacy were key responsibilities. Carol earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
