Noryliz Rivera is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management and asset management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Licensee at Align Right Realty Riverview since May 2020, Noryliz previously held positions as an Assistant Asset Manager at Spyglass Capital Partners, LLC, where responsibilities included analyzing real estate leases and conducting market research. With extensive property management experience from roles at Pegasus Residential, Horizon Realty Management, First Coast Association Management, The Glades Apartments, and Villas of St. John's, Noryliz has demonstrated strong skills in budget compliance, resident relations, and operational efficiency. Noryliz obtained a Real Estate License from Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in 2019 and holds a High School Diploma from Orange Park High School, earned in 1999.
