Jesse Steffy is an experienced financial advisor at Align Financial Services Group, having served since May 2010, where expertise includes managing 401(k) and 403(b) plans and fiduciary obligations for both employers and employees. Prior to this role, Jesse was an ambassador for The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry from January 2011 to March 2013, actively supporting chamber members and promoting community businesses. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Customer Service/Project Estimator at Steffy Cranes, Inc. Additionally, Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from Ithaca College, completed in 2005, and is a graduate of Ephrata Senior High School.
