Stella Joan Amony is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Alight since October 2022. Amony has held significant roles in various organizations, including Lead-Talent Acquisition and Management at HiLead Consults Limited and HR and Admin Officer at the International Rescue Committee. Previous positions include HR Officer at Plan International and Human Resources Business Partner at Bayport Financial Services Group. Amony's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management from the University of Suffolk, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Uganda Management Institute, a Post Graduate Diploma in Peace Studies and Conflict Management from Gulu University, and a Bachelor of Development Studies from Uganda Christian University.
