Silvia Roscot currently serves as the Humanitarian Business Development Manager at Alight, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Silvia was a Programme Policy Consultant focusing on school feeding in refugee settings at the World Food Programme from October 2021 to June 2023. Additionally, Silvia worked as the Resource Development Director for World Hope International and held several roles at Rise Against Hunger, including Senior Program Manager and Emergency Relief Technical Advisor, from May 2016 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Programme Assistant at the World Food Programme and Project Manager at CIFAL Atlanta. Silvia holds a Public Leadership Credential in Public Policy from Harvard University, a Master of Arts in International Development from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Georgia State University, along with prior education at Ecole de Management de Strasbourg.
